Schuyler E. von Oeyen – Associate
Schuyler E. von Oeyen concentrates his practice on business and commercial litigation, including individual and class actions.
Mr. von Oeyen previously served as Assistant Regional Counsel for the Social Security Administration, Office of General Counsel, where he gained experience defending actions filed in U.S. District Court, in the U.S. Court of Appeals, and before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He also has experience representing municipalities, businesses, and individuals in a wide variety of commercial matters, including breach of contract, construction litigation, eminent domain, and employment litigation.
Mr. von Oeyen earned his A.B. from Brown University and his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
